जिस परियोजना का जिक्र किया जा रहा है, वह ओडिशा के मयूरभंज जिले में आदिवासी महिला सरपंचों पर ‘विकसित भारत की दिशा में केस स्टडी‘ है। यह परियोजना ICSSR द्वारा प्रायोजित है और डॉ. दिपन्निता चंद के मार्गदर्शन में चल रही है। IIT ISM धनबाद को एक Field Investigator की आवश्यकता है। यह 3 महीने की इंटर्नशिप है, जिसे 12 महीने के अध्ययन कार्यक्रम में शामिल किया जा सकता है। मुख्य कार्यों में ओडिशा के विभिन्न ब्लॉकों में व्यापक फील्ड वर्क करना, साक्षात्कार लेना, रिकॉर्डिंग को ट्रांसक्राइब करना और गुणात्मक विश्लेषण पद्धति को लागू करना शामिल है।
