   • OR Practicing professional with a degree in Child Psychology / Psychiatry / Sociology / Social Work / Human Development / Law OR retired judicial officer.
3. Other Conditions:
   • No record of violation of human/child rights.
   • Not convicted of offences involving moral turpitude.
   • Not dismissed from government service.
   • Should not be engaged in child abuse or child labour.
   • Must not hold full-time occupation that prevents giving time to JJB work.
   • Cannot hold office in political party or have conflict of interest.
